What is Speak2Me
Speak2Me is an AAC focused therapy practice, based in the Cape Town area, that provides assessments and training for physically and/or mentally disabled individuals who are unable to use their voices to speak.
We provide you with a choice of communication devices or computer software that will meet your needs and a method of accessing this device depending on your desires and abilities.
At Speak2me we will set up your device to ensure your optimal method and speed of communication and provide ongoing support.
Why "Speak2Me"?
Well, . . . it takes 2 to communicate, and so often people talk over the heads of those who can’t talk for themselves, either to their caregivers or do not provide them with the chance to answer. Speak to me wants to provide you with the opportunity to take part in the communication process again, be it through actual voice output or through giving you access to your computer, to e-mail, sms, skype and more
